the problem:
Caregivers often face overwhelming challenges in managing the mental and physical demands of looking after individuals with Alzheimer’s. These challenges include limited access to information, lack of awareness about supportive programs, and the emotional toll of caregiving. Existing systems require caregivers to search across various platforms for help, making the process cumbersome. Additionally, government support and resources can be difficult to navigate and access. Stream addresses these issues by offering a centralized, easy-to-use resource for support, information, and social interaction.

the target audience:
Primary caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, particularly those seeking accessible information, community support, and resources to ease their caregiving responsibilities.
